From Sunset to Signature Sips: Elevated Mixology Awaits at The Ixian Grand & All Suites This Summer 

London 25 July 2025 - This summer, The Ixian Grand & All Suites, a five-star, adults-only beachfront retreat on the west coast of Rhodes - is redefining the all-inclusive experience with a heightened focus on mixology and indulgent culinary offerings. From handcrafted cocktails inspired by the Greek isles, served across the resort’s elegant bars, to an exclusive mixology takeover by Michele Lombardi, Head of Bars at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge, guests are invited to sip their way through a refined, flavour-rich journey. 

Michele Lombardi, a renowned mixologist, brings his signature flair and globally inspired cocktail creations to the spotlight. Celebrated for his precision, creativity, and deep understanding of spirits, Lombardi has gained international recognition for redefining the art of mixology, expertly blending tradition and innovation in every glass. At the Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge, he leads the bar programme throughout the outlets with his signature artistry, elevating each cocktail into a refined, unforgettable experience. ​ 

The exclusive event will take place on 19th August, showcasing a bespoke menu of signature cocktails crafted to reflect Michele’s distinctive, story-driven approach. Open to all guests, the takeover promises a sensory journey and a touch of world-class sophistication within the resort’s elevated mixology programme.

In addition to its mixology spotlight, The Ixian Grand & All Suites is proud to introduce KYMA, an exclusive seasonal dining series that celebrates the depth and diversity of modern Greek gastronomy. The series welcomes acclaimed chefs from across the country, each offering their own creative vision through a series of immersive, one-night-only dining experiences. The upcoming events include: ​ 

  • Charis Nikolouzos (30 July) - Charis’ culinary journey began in the kitchen of Hector Botrini and continued in Halkidiki under Herve Pronzato. At just 26, he became head chef at Athens' iconic Dionysos, later rising to executive chef. He went on to hold roles in Santorini and at Athens’ 2 Mazi, while also teaching at culinary schools across Greece. In 2019, he returned to Santorini to lead the kitchen at the acclaimed Selene. Today, he is the owner and chef of Jerár, which was recently honoured with a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide. 
  • Ilias Kiazoli(20 August) - Bringing bold creativity and a flair for visual storytelling, Ilias Kiazoli has made a name for himself as one of Greece’s most inventive young chefs. His culinary style is daring yet rooted in memory. He has built an international career, from Haust in Denmark to Casa Mespilea in Cyprus, and most recently at the prestigious Poseidonion Grand Hotel in Spetses. Ilias is now a featured chef on ANT1’s weekend morning show Weekenders, while also providing consulting services for AVATON in Naxos and ZAZ in Athens. 
  • Dimitris Tsikilis (2 September) - Dimitris discovered his passion for cooking at the age of seven, inspired by his godfather in a cruise ship kitchen. By fourteen, he was already working in professional kitchens, chasing the thrill of culinary creation. Today, with over 26 years of experience, he co-runs a gastronomy consulting company, helping local and international restaurants craft flavourful, memorable menus.
